How to add multi-customer service on WeChat public platform to custom menu?

Add customer service methods in the custom menu of WeChat official account:

1, log in to WeChat official account, and click interface permissions;

2. Find the customer service interface option in the dialogue service with interface permission, and you can check whether you have obtained this permission;

3. If you get this permission, you can add customer service options in the custom menu.

Note: Access to customer service requires WeChat authentication. At present, WeChat does not support personal public accounts to apply for WeChat authentication.
