2. Materials to be prepared for the card application: my recent 1 inch color photo on a white background, the original and photocopy of People's Republic of China (PRC)'s second-generation ID card or household registration book. Copy of ID card needs to be copied on both sides;
3. Unified handling on the 5th of each month. On the 5th of each month, the Disabled Persons' Federation of the town and subdistrict office where the household registration is located will handle the love bus card in a unified way. At that time, the handler only needs to bring the required materials to the Disabled Persons' Federation in the town where his household registration is located and register the application card under the guidance of the staff. It is not necessary to apply for a card for the first time.
After registration, the agent only needs to go home and wait for the staff to inform him to get the card. The processing cycle is generally around 1 month.
