Experience in computer software development or project management;
Manufacturing experience;
Because the operating system of SAP is complicated to use, importing SAP projects requires a lot of project management knowledge and experience, and most companies that import SAP systems are manufacturing companies, so having the above three experiences will have certain advantages in the interview.
If it is a zero-based career change, I am afraid it will be difficult. It is best to go through training and study, and get more contact with actual projects during training.
