(3) The Propaganda Department and Office provide relevant information such as leadership activities and speeches, departmental meeting information, notices and announcements, daily work trends, work briefing, press conferences, etc.
(4) Planning and Development Department and Statistics and Evaluation Department provide planning information, summary plans, statistical information, major construction projects and other related contents.
(5) The Property Management Office provides guidelines for the disposal of state-owned property rights of enterprises, the Office for Reform of Enterprises in Guizhou Province provides guidelines for the examination and approval of the reform plan of provincial state-owned enterprises, and the performance evaluation center provides guidelines for the assets and capital verification of enterprises.
(6) Relevant information unrelated to the above contents shall be submitted in time by each office according to the procedures.

Citizens, legal persons and other organizations that need the authorities to voluntarily disclose government information may apply to the authorities, and the authorities will handle it in accordance with the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Openness of Government Information.
When providing information according to the application, this organ shall provide it according to the actual situation of the information, and shall not process, count, study, analyze or otherwise process the information.

If the information applied for belongs to the information that has been voluntarily disclosed by this organ, this organ shall suspend the application procedure and inform the applicant of the ways and means to obtain the information.
The agency processes applications according to the order in which they are received. If several independent requests are made in one application, this organ will give a unified reply after all applications are processed. In view of the fact that different requests may have different answers, in order to improve the processing efficiency, it is suggested that applicants apply separately for different requests.
(4) Time limit for handling
If an organ receives an application for government information disclosure and can reply on the spot, it shall reply on the spot; If you can't reply on the spot, you should reply within 15 working days from the date of receiving the application; If it is necessary to extend the reply period, the applicant will be informed that the longest extension of the reply period shall not exceed 15 working days.
Third, the way of supervision.
Citizens, legal persons or other organizations may complain to the supervision office of this organ if they think that this organ has not fulfilled the obligation of government information disclosure according to law. If it believes that this organ violates relevant regulations and infringes upon its legitimate rights and interests, it may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law.
