Subsidy standard
According to the distance of returning to Xiamen, according to the standards of Fujian Province level 3, other provinces level 5 and * * * level 8, the fixed return transportation subsidy for the lowest 80 yuan and the highest 450 yuan will be given.
If the amount of international transportation expenses is higher or lower than the quota standard, subsidies shall be given according to the quota standard.
Number of applications
Limited subsidy once: only one "fixed-point quota" subsidy is given during the activity time.
Subsidy scope
Migrant workers who return to Xiamen by public transport and can provide formal bills can declare subsidies. Unable to provide formal bills, no subsidies. Public transport includes but is not limited to airplanes, ships, trains, cars, taxis, online car rentals, etc.
What kind of tickets are available:
Transport bills in normal operation include:
① real-name registration system train tickets and air tickets. During this year's Spring Festival travel rush, most high-speed trains and EMUs in China will use electronic tickets to check in. For employees with ID cards or e-tickets who take the train without paper tickets, paper reimbursement vouchers need to be printed at the station window or self-service ticket machine. Within 30 days from the date of driving or taking the bus, you can print the reimbursement voucher at the ticket window of any station (including the ticket vending machine and the sales point window) with the original valid identification used when purchasing the ticket; For more than 30 days, you can contact Railway Customer Service Center 12306.
② Take a taxi (including taxi, online ticket purchase and boat ticket). The network car needs to have corresponding formal bills.
Subsidy conditions
During the activity, migrant workers who return to Xiamen to work or visit relatives at home from their original residence may apply for transportation subsidies to return to Xiamen if they meet the following conditions.
(1) Non-Xiamen household registration (subject to ID card or passport records;
(two) employees who have established labor relations with the employer and have not reached the statutory retirement age;
(3) Having joined the Xiamen Federation of Trade Unions before April, 2008 1 and opened a trade union membership service card (hereinafter referred to as "trade union card");
④ Complete the registration of member information as required;
⑤ Individual employees pay membership dues according to regulations, and their work units pay union funds to Xiamen trade unions according to regulations;
⑥ Return to Xiamen by public transport.
time management

The time for individual filing is temporarily adjusted to February 1 1 to May 3 1.
The review and issuance time is tentatively scheduled for March 1 to July 3 1.
Note: the activity time refers to the time of returning to Xiamen, and the declaration time is the time of submitting application materials.
The Municipal Federation of Trade Unions will adjust the activity time and declaration time in a timely manner, and please pay close attention to relevant information in a timely manner.

Taking the application of Xiamen citizen card APP as an example, the detailed process is described.
1. Log in to "Xiamen Citizen Card APP", click "Card Package" in the menu bar below, and click the trade union card surface;
2. Click "Add" and the system will automatically bring in the name and ID number of the tied card;
3. After the union card is successfully bound, click "Union Card" → "Return to Xiamen safely" to enter the application page, and click "Apply Now";
4. Verify the trade union name, unit name, name, certificate number, trade union card number and other information. After confirmation, select "Yes" in "Is the above information correct" and click "Next".
If the name of the organization or trade union is wrong, please return my information to change the membership management. If the name, certificate and trade union card are incorrect, please contact the superior trade union for handling (contact information is attached).
5. Fill in the information about the provinces and cities that returned to Xiamen, the categories of provinces and cities, uploading ID cards, trade union cards, official transportation tickets, etc. , and submit the application. Please make sure that the uploaded pictures of relevant bills and certificates are clear.
Non-real-name registration system traffic tickets need to be signed on the front of the ticket by myself with a black pen, and the declaration time should be indicated.
For employees with ID cards or e-tickets who take the train without paper tickets, paper reimbursement vouchers need to be printed at the station window or self-service ticket machine.
Click "Back" to return to the information verification interface; Click "Temporary Save" to temporarily save the filled data; Click "Submit Application" to submit application information for background review.
6. Click "My Application" to view the application status. If the information is found to be wrong after the application, you can withdraw the modification and then approve it.
Matters needing attention
If you have not logged into the information management system of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions before tying the card, you need to activate and fill in the relevant information first.
1. On the "Add Union Card" page, select the "Activate" button on the upper right;
2. The system jumps to Xiamen Federation of Trade Unions member information management system, please fill in personal information and log in;
3. Log in successfully and enter the individual member information page;
4. Return to "My Card Package" and the union card is bound successfully. Click on the union card face again after tying the card.
