If you had a choice, which district of Shanghai would you like to live in? Why?

Strictly speaking, the urban area of Shanghai is within the inner ring, very mature and prosperous, and there are basically no dead ends. The scope is Old Jing 'an in Huangpu, New Jing 'an in the city that never sleeps, Longevity in Putuo Wuning, Jiangsu Road in Changning Zhongshan Park, Xujiahui, Yangpu Bund, Hongkou North Bund and Lujiazui in Pudong.

Inner Central Ring belongs to the area that developed rapidly in the past 20 to 10 years. From the perspective of development, it is uneven, some are good and some are poor. Developed areas include Changning Gubei (mature), Yangpu Wujiaochang (mature), Putuo Zhenru (still developing at present, but the trend is very good) and Xinjing 'an Daning (same as above). The rest of Central is still very bad.

The middle and outer ring areas belong to the areas of urban expansion and population diversion, which is not good. For workers who just need a population or come to Shanghai, it is a place to live, and the traffic is convenient near the urban area. Living and working in the city is also very comfortable.

The area outside the outer ring belongs to the area of urban re-expansion and population redistribution, and it is the area that undertakes Shanghai's agricultural industry. However, due to the population pressure of urban development, the area that has to be expanded again belongs to the marginal area. However, some scenic spots in these areas were also designated as villas and resorts in earlier years, but the overall nature of the area has not been affected.

Outside the suburbs, there is nothing to say.

Born and raised in Shanghai, because of study and work, they have been running around in Shanghai. After I got married, I changed rooms in Shanghai. Although I have left Shanghai now, I can talk about my feelings!

I was born in Luwan District and have feelings for Dapu Bridge. I won't stay in China for long now, but I will definitely go. Ruijin Hospital, formerly known as Guangci Hospital, was the hospital where I was born. Because of my poor health, their inpatient department is like my back garden. People in Luwan District attach great importance to feelings, and everyone in the old alley is like a family. Although it has moved now, the old neighbors who moved in the same place come to visit every day, even if they have lived in high-rise buildings. And I bought the first suite in the neighborhood next to the relocated house because of my feelings, and lived for 6 years, which is considered as the inner ring. Quiet and convenient, close to Huaihai Road and Shaanxi Road, so the living facilities are complete, the cost of living is not high, and the price of vegetables in the vegetable market does not give me a very expensive feeling, compared with Hongqiao.

My student life was in old Minhang and Qibao, because it was around 2000, which was very different from now. Before the old Minhang, there were some old heavy industrial enterprises in Shanghai, so a large number of employees lived here, and so did my parents. We lived on 10 road and 1 road for a long time. From the point of view of life, it is quiet and has a first-class life, but in recent years, some enterprises have moved out of there and went to Lingang New Town. The population structure there has changed. After the opening of Line 5, a large number of commercial houses have been built along the development zone. Many new Shanghainese come here to buy houses. After all, they are much cheaper in Bidiu. It belongs to the outer ring, but unfortunately there are few students there now. Only the students who have been studying together in junior high school and senior high school still have contact. Because high school is Qibao Middle School, although I am still in school age, I have spent three years in Qibao. At that time, Qibao Street had not been developed, and it slipped away in the morning. At that time, the seven treasures were bare and there were fields everywhere. Although Cao Bao Road is OK, compared with the high-end villas, Vanke Center and crowds in Qibao Street, this is a rural area.

The university is near Xuhui, Normal University. It's nice, quiet and elegant, but at that time, I was very lively. Going to work in Longhua, besides class time, I like going to Longhua and Jing 'an. At that time, hang lung plaza was my dream. For a long time, I felt very decent about commodities. I worked hard in college just for an 80,000-dollar watch displayed in hang lung plaza. Although I really earned 80 thousand myself, I chose to go abroad.

In order to let our children go to a good school, our family moved from Huangpu District (where Laoluwan District is located) to Yangpu. In Yangpu, we had a big house for the first time. Although it is an old community, we spent a lot of money to decorate the duplex, with a total area of nearly 150. Life can be regarded as the real middle class. During that time, both our careers were booming and our children got excellent grades, but our families didn't like the current situation of domestic education. Yangpu is not as human as Luwan. I am a kind person. I volunteer for the community from time to time. Old people who meet in the community when they go out love to say hello, but they really don't have much enthusiasm. Compatriots registered in Shanghai feel that Shanghainese are unreasonable. Maybe I can feel it here, but the living facilities, greening, parks and Wujiaochang business district near my home are prosperous. As a field of education, the cost of education is still harmonious.

Hongqiao, we sold the house in Yangpu (a family of three suggested buying a smaller house in Shanghai, and my wife and I both thought that a big house would widen the emotional distance). Before going abroad, we lived in Hongqiao caohejing Development Zone. It was really uncomfortable, with a large population and inconvenient travel. Things were particularly expensive, but the community security was good and the community work attitude was good. The only thing I see is that the security guards in Shanghai don't sleep at night and patrol there every two hours. Professional quality is really high, but it is far from Hongqiao business circle. Even if you go shopping in the Aegean Sea, you have to ride a bike for seven or eight minutes. There is no traditional vegetable market in urban or suburban areas, and it is even more inconvenient to go out to buy breakfast. In short, it is not good to buy things. Although there is takeout, the delivery fee is also very expensive.

I moved from Shenzhen to Shanghai in 2000, and my parents-in-law lived in Hongkou, so we bought a house on Sichuan North Road. Because we lived in Nanshan all the time in Shenzhen, we got used to the living environment in the suburbs, and then bought a small villa in Hongqiao (Hongqiao was not as prosperous as it is today). Later, with the development of my husband's career, we bought a small villa in Nanxiang. It's great to see the development of Nanxiang. There was no purchase restriction at that time. We bought several small houses in Jindi one after another. In fact, if you don't go to work, living in the suburbs is really good. With the development of Shanghai, we live farther and farther away. I wonder what will happen in the future. Personally, I think that as long as shopping and medical facilities are good, we live in the same place.

/kloc-came to Shanghai on 0/6 and lived in Xianxia Street, Changning District most of the time. I'm used to it here.

In terms of transportation, Metro Line 2 and 10 and convenient transfer make it easy for me to go to the airport, high-speed railway station and most parts of Shanghai. Bus lines mostly include 7 1, and you can reach Xuhui (836,72), Minhang (700,757), Jiading Jiangqiao (158), Baoshan Dahua (737), Zhabei (69,829,944) and Railway Station (9464) without changing. There are 3 10, 316,320 snack lines, and the snack line at Pudong Airport.

Shopping has Carrefour, shopping malls have high, middle and low-grade shopping malls such as Dragon Dream and Shangjia Center.

For me, where to live is the most important thing, and the transportation is convenient.

I don't want to go to other areas when I get used to it. ...

I have lived in three districts and worked in three or four districts in Shanghai for 20 years, and now almost every district is more comfortable and convenient. Shanghai's software and hardware are top-notch in the country, which is very user-friendly. I am used to it in any district.

Of course, if you are an office worker, you'd better choose a location close to the urban area, such as Minhang, Changning and Putuo. It is best not to live in the city center, not to mention the congestion and low cost performance.

If I don't go to work, it won't affect my children's schooling. I feel comfortable living in the suburbs, with few cars, spacious places and good air, such as Qingpu District, Pudong District and Nanhui District.

Born in Fumin Road, Jing 'an District, lived on the Bund in hankou road, Huangpu District, and returned to his birthplace in primary school. Now when I am older, I want to go back to Fumin Road in Jing 'an District and live in the North Branch Road of Taopu Road Town in Putuo District to take care of my grandchildren. There are children who have played together since childhood, apartment buildings and street shops where I have lived.

I am over seventy years old, and my soul will stay there forever.

Everyone is used to it. Generally speaking, the areas where we have lived since childhood are the most touching.

I like Jing 'an District. Born in Luwan District, opposite Yan 'an Middle Road, Sino-German Hospital is next to the famous No.2 Middle School in China. My alley is still there, which is called "Nianwu New Village". The prototype of "Little Boss" in the movie "Station 5 1" is already in Zhengguang, and the owner of the soda factory is also in this alley.

I grew up in Jing 'an District, which belongs to the standard "French Concession". I don't want to say more about the atmosphere and details here. CoCo Lee Middle School is also a century-old prestigious school. Petofi's poem "Life is precious, love is more expensive, if it is for freedom, both can be thrown away" was translated by Yin Fu, a heroic alumnus of CoCo Lee Middle School. ...

Jing 'an District is the most central and financial district in Shanghai. Up to now, people in Jing 'an District (Old Jing 'an) have given the old Shanghainese a delicate feeling. They are calm and disciplined, but their quality is different from other places, so they are not in a hurry to shout. The elegant and quiet petty bourgeoisie life is advocated here, which is very "western" and low-key.

Jing 'an's basic education may have been the first in the country. Interestingly, this first is definitely not the first score, but the happy education index. China's happy education was almost born in Jing 'an's primary school (the primary school attached to teachers' colleges), including the practice of exporting mathematics to Britain, where many ideas came from.

I remember an expert in the field of education said: the children who came out of Lao Jing' an may not have good grades, but they are all very sunny!

That's enough.

Shanghai people come to answer this question. According to the old Shanghai, Shanghai was divided into upper corner and lower corner. The upper corners are Huangpu District, Jing 'an District, Luwan District and some Xuhui District. The lower corner is Zhabei District, Yangpu District, some Xuhui District, Hongkou District and Putuo District, all of which are suburbs and cannot be ranked. Now the gap is narrowing. Now you know which district you want to live in.

I grew up in the upper corner of Xuhui District, and I won't get used to it elsewhere. Now my home is near Xujiahui, and I have a preference for Xuhui District!
