Tower is the name of different building structures, and tower generally refers to high-rise buildings.

Two shortcomings of this tower

1. The uniformity is poor and the residential density is high.

Moreover, the lighting, ventilation and landscape conditions of some residents on each floor of the tower are relatively backward and cannot be changed.

2. The utilization rate is not high and there is a gray space.

The utilization rate of tower apartment is generally lower than that of plate building 10 percentage point, and the kitchen, dining room and bathroom in the apartment are often not directly lit and ventilated, so this kind of place is called "gray space".
