Tower is the name of different building structures, and tower generally refers to high-rise buildings.
Characteristics of tower plan
Several households, generally more than four or five households, form a building plane around or around a group of public vertical traffic, and the length and width of the plane are roughly the same. The height of this building ranges from 12 floor to 35th floor, with over 35th floor being super high-rise, and the tower is generally four households to 12 households.
Four advantages of the tower
1. Save land resources and reduce house prices. Because of the high building density of the tower community, it can save valuable land resources, effectively reduce the house price per square meter and let more people live in peace.
2. The spatial structure is flexible and suitable for transformation.
Towers mostly adopt large frame structure. Except for a few load-bearing beams, indoor partition walls can be basically dismantled and modified, and some towers can even be opened on the whole floor, allowing flexible division of apartment types.
3. High structural strength and good seismic performance.
Because the towering tower adopts frame structure and the floor is poured on site, the structural strength is higher than that of plate building, and the earthquake resistance and safety are good.
4. Take a long view.
Tower residents can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the city, and I believe that the houses in the low-rise board buildings can't feel this refreshing feeling.
Two shortcomings of this tower
1. The uniformity is poor and the residential density is high.
There are more than 6 households on each floor of the tower, even as high as 12 households. Hundreds of families are crowded into a big tower, and the living environment is definitely not superior to that of a banlou. Moreover, the lighting, ventilation and landscape conditions of some residents on each floor of the tower are relatively backward and cannot be changed.
2. The utilization rate is not high and there is a gray space.
The utilization rate of tower apartment is generally lower than that of plate building 10 percentage point, and the kitchen, dining room and bathroom in the apartment are often not directly lit and ventilated, so this kind of place is called "gray space".
