Legal basis: measures for the implementation of the annual ticket system for road and bridge tolls of motor vehicles
Article 1 In order to give full play to the traffic function of urban roads in this Municipality, balance urban traffic flow, standardize the charging behavior of roads, bridges and tunnels for loan construction, and facilitate repayment of loans, with the consent of the provincial people's government, this Municipality implements the annual ticket system for urban roads, bridges and tunnels, and these measures are formulated in light of the actual situation of this Municipality.
Article 2 The annual ticket system for road and bridge tunnel vehicle tolls (hereinafter referred to as tolls) refers to the system of collecting annual fees at one time for motor vehicles registered in this Municipality (excluding Panyu District, Huadu District, Zengcheng City and Conghua City, hereinafter referred to as vehicles in this Municipality).
Toll (ticket) is levied at the toll station of urban intersection for motor vehicles entering the city from other places.
The collected tolls are used to repay loans for urban road, bridge and tunnel construction.
Article 3 The roads, bridges and tunnels under the annual ticket system include: the inner ring and its radiation, the western section of expressway in Guangyuan, Hedong Bridge, jiefang bridge, Jiangwan Bridge, Haiyin Bridge, Guangzhou Bridge and Zhujiang Tunnel.
