Provisions on relevant requirements for the registration of individual industrial and commercial households:
1. If the business license is altered, leased, lent or transferred, the registration authority shall order it to make corrections; If no correction is made within the time limit, a fine of less than 5,000 yuan shall be imposed, which shall be marked as an abnormal state of operation and publicized to the public on the national enterprise credit information publicity system; If the circumstances are serious, the registration or business license shall be revoked.
