First, report information in advance.
Returnees to Thailand should report to the community and unit where the destination is located three days in advance, truthfully stating whether the current location belongs to the epidemic-prone area, whether individuals have conducted nucleic acid testing, whether there are confirmed cases, suspected cases or contact history of asymptomatic infected people in COVID-19, whether they have lived in overseas or domestic epidemic-prone areas in the near future, planned return time, return mode, current health status and other basic information.
Second, make reasonable arrangements for travel.
If conditions permit, people who are close in Shandong should try to return to Thailand by private car or chartered car to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection during the journey. If you need to take public transportation such as high-speed rail and airplane, you must obey the traffic order, queue up in an orderly manner, sit in the right position, try not to take off your mask except for eating and drinking water, and take personal protective measures such as hand disinfection and health monitoring on the way. Try to reduce the number of meals on public transport and don't have intimate conversations with strangers. Keep the bill properly for reference.
Third, cooperate with epidemic prevention and control.
After entering the first traffic pass in our city, people returning to Thailand in high-risk areas should take the initiative to report the source and health status to epidemic prevention personnel, and cooperate with the "point-to-point" closed-loop transfer to implement the "2+ 1+7" health management measures. Returnees who drive into the high-risk epidemic areas in our city should go to the destination centralized service point for nucleic acid and serum antibody testing before going home. People returning to Thailand in low-risk areas where the epidemic occurred should actively cooperate to complete the 1 nucleic acid detection. It is suggested that those who return to Thailand from epidemic-free areas should go to the nearest medical institution for voluntary nucleic acid testing after arriving in Thailand.
Fourth, conscious health monitoring.
After returning to Thailand, you should strictly abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in our city, consciously do a good job in health monitoring for 7 days, and do not go to supermarkets, schools, libraries, museums, cinemas, Internet cafes and other public places, do not attend dinners, and do not go out unless necessary. Consciously measure your body temperature twice a day. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, disappearance or abnormality of sense of smell and taste, please go to the nearby gridded fever clinic as soon as possible and report to the community on your own initiative.
Fifth, keep good habits.
Arrange your personal itinerary reasonably and reduce unnecessary travel. When you have to go out, please prepare personal protective equipment, such as masks and hand sanitizers. When going to hospitals, shopping malls, supermarkets and other crowded places, and taking public transport and elevators, wear masks in a scientific and standardized manner. It is recommended that the elderly, the infirm and patients with chronic diseases wear masks when they go out. Strengthen personal protection, maintain good hygiene habits, adhere to good hygiene habits such as frequent hand washing, frequent ventilation, public chopsticks system and one meter of rice flour, and be the first responsible person for your own health. Try to reduce the number of dinners on holidays, and control the number of diners below 10. Indoor windows are often opened for ventilation, and daily cleaning and disinfection should be done well.
