A joint letter was also exposed online, and the reasons for the boycott were listed. The tutor system for graduate students in China is the tutor responsibility system, and the tutor plays a very important role in a graduate student. Two years ago, his student Tao Chongyuan jumped off a building, which was also related to him. So the students all think that Tao Chongyuan's jumping off a building has a lot to do with Wang Pan. The joint letter also said that Wang Pan was not qualified to be a graduate tutor because of various behaviors that violated teachers' ethics.
