Take the registration card and file to report to Nanyang talent market, and then you tell them that your file will be transferred to Fangcheng. They will stamp the registration card and then report to Fangcheng talent market with the stamped registration card and certificate (given by Nanyang talent market), and the file will be left in Nanyang.
