What's the difference between kindergarten closure and cancellation?

The two are different concepts.

Kindergarten closure refers to the temporary suspension of business or educational activities within a certain period of time. The closure may be caused by special circumstances, maintenance, decoration, holidays and other reasons. During the suspension of classes, kindergartens did not accept children into the park, and education and teaching activities were suspended, but the operation was not completely terminated.

The cancellation of kindergarten refers to the permanent termination of the operation of kindergarten, so that it is no longer recognized as a legal educational institution. Usually, the cancellation of kindergartens may occur in the following situations: institutions voluntarily apply for cancellation, or they are cancelled by the corresponding education authorities because they do not operate in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, violate the norms of the education industry, fail to go through relevant procedures or have other serious violations.
