What is orthodox education?

China's orthodox education pays more attention to the relationship between moral education and intellectual education, and between teachers and students. Moral education is the ideology and morality mentioned above; Intellectual education is talent and thinking ability. Morality first, wisdom later, it can be seen that China's orthodox education pays more attention to people's moral quality than skills.

According to the orthodox educational view, talent can be acquired through cultivation, but morality is accompanied by a person's life and is not easy to correct. A person's bad conduct, the more knowledge, the greater the harm to society. Think about it carefully, is it reasonable? At least I think this view is very incisive.

Based on this, China's orthodox education has formed a set of unique moral education and moral cultivation methods to prevent the phenomenon of "low quality but high talent" (such as the shooting of three professors, a vice president and a China student by Lu Mou, a China student who obtained a doctorate in space physics at the University of Iowa in the United States), such as "determined persistence", "self-denial", "good advice" and "practice".

At the same time, in the study of knowledge, there are "learning from things", "learning from the past", "paying equal attention to learning and thinking", "step by step", "returning from a blog", "inspiring and inducing", "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude", "learning from others" and "setting an example".
