Shifang Expressway is a section from the sixth Zongyun County to Laifeng Highway in the "six verticals, five horizontals and one ring" planned by Hubei skeleton highway network. It is an important part of the western part of Hubei province that runs through the north-south exit channel. It is an excellent tourist route connecting the eco-cultural tourism circle in western Hubei with "one river and two mountains" in Hubei Province, and it is also an important connecting line between Fuzhou and Yinchuan, Shiyan and Tianshui (Nantong Road).
Railway route planning
Shiyan-Fangxian Expressway will complete the demolition task and start construction at the end of March 20 10.
Shifang Expressway starts from Liu Liping Town, danjiangkou city to Han Shi Expressway in the north and ends at Chengguan Town, Fangxian County in the south, connecting with the proposed Guzhu Expressway. It is planned to build a 4.366-kilometer secondary road connected with National Highway 209, with a total length of 63.933 kilometers. 10 hole will be excavated along the whole line, of which the extra-long tunnel crossing the province is 6887 meters long, which is the longest metamorphic rock tunnel in Hubei Province so far.
Shifang Expressway is an important road project for the construction of eco-cultural tourism circle in western Hubei, with a total length of 64 kilometers, passing through Liu Liping Town and Guanshan Town of danjiangkou city, Tucheng Town and Hongta Township of Fangxian County, and ending in Chengguan Town of Fangxian County. For a two-way four-lane expressway, the design speed is 80 kilometers per hour. There are 69 extra-large bridges and tunnels 10, including Liujiawan in Liu Liping (connected with Han Shi section of Yin Fu Expressway), Guanshan, Lianghekou (connected with National Highway 209) and Fangxian Chengguan (connected with Guzhu Expressway), and the service area 1 0. The estimated investment is about 4.97 billion yuan. Covering an area of 5,372 mu, the land acquisition and demolition involves 454 farmers in 28 administrative villages in 5 towns of two counties and cities along the line, and the house area to be demolished is 1 10000 square meters.
Engineering significance
Shifang Expressway connects the "one river and two mountains" boutique tourist route, which is also a section of the "five vertical, five horizontal and two rings" expressway layout in Hubei. Its completion will play an important role in accelerating the development of tourism resources in western Hubei and improving the layout of skeleton highway network in our province. Completed and opened to traffic at the end of 20 12, Wuhan vehicles can reach Fangxian county at full speed. At present, vehicles from Wuhan to Fangxian pass through Han Shi Expressway, exit from Shiyan Station, and then take National Highway 209. Because the mountain road is tortuous, it takes about two hours to drive from Shiyan to Fangxian. The construction period of Shifang Expressway is about 48 months. After the completion, the fastest driving time from Shiyan to Fangxian County is more than 40 minutes, which is more than one hour faster than taking the national highway.
