Main responsibilities of Jiangxi Small and Medium Enterprises Bureau

(a) within the framework of the overall planning of economic and social development in the province, formulate the development plan of small and medium-sized enterprises and non-public economy in the province, guide the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the province, and formulate relevant policies and measures to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and non-public economy in conjunction with relevant departments. Monitor and analyze the operation status of small and medium-sized enterprises and non-public economy in the province, make prediction, early warning and information guidance, coordinate and solve relevant problems in operation and development, put forward policy suggestions, and be responsible for the organization and implementation of small and medium-sized enterprise growth projects and state-supported small and medium-sized enterprise development special funds.

(II) Formulate and organize the implementation of industrial park development planning within the framework of the overall economic and social development planning of the province, put forward laws, regulations and policy suggestions to promote the development of industrial parks, be responsible for organizing and guiding the construction of characteristic industrial parks, eco-industrial parks and digital parks, be responsible for the classified management and economic operation analysis of industrial parks in the province, and undertake the work of the office of the provincial industrial park work leading group.

(three) responsible for guiding and promoting the construction of credit guarantee system for small and medium-sized enterprises. Responsible for the pre-audit and daily business supervision of the establishment of SME credit guarantee institutions. Put forward suggestions on policies and measures to improve the financing environment of small and medium-sized enterprises and non-public enterprises, promote the establishment and broadening of financing channels for enterprises, coordinate and solve problems related to enterprise financing, and undertake the work of the office of the credit guarantee guidance and coordination group for small and medium-sized enterprises in the province.
