Once this provision was issued, it caused widespread discussion. Many netizens said that this regulation can improve women's position in the workplace and will not be rejected by enterprises for unwarranted reasons. Women's position in the workplace has always been weaker than that of men. Because many companies have many concerns when recruiting women, such as getting married and having children. Enterprises are worried that some women will take advantage of the time after employment to get married and have children, and immediately take paid leave to resign after maternity leave, which is a loss for enterprises. Therefore, when interviewing female employees, many enterprises often ask how long they can stay unmarried or have no children. If you can't guarantee that you won't do these things in two or three years, you will often fail the exam. The promulgation of this new regulation is equivalent to acquiescing that women can get married or have children immediately after entering the job. I have two views on this matter.
1. The promulgation of this new regulation can really improve the status of women in the workplace. After this regulation comes out, enterprises can only consider whether the ability of employees meets the requirements of the company when recruiting employees, and cannot refuse because of the gender of the interviewer, otherwise it is illegal and the interviewer can appeal according to law. In fact, fewer people use the company to give themselves paid vacations. As long as the welfare of enterprises is good enough, I believe many people are reluctant to leave their jobs.
