The third stage
1. Mold design principle: Understand and master two-plate mold, three-plate mold, four-dozen system, gating system, guiding system, demoulding structure, temperature regulation system, lateral parting and lateral core-pulling exhaust structure.
2. Mold structure: Understand and master common materials, specifications and mold structure brands to save equipment resources.
3. Principle of injection molding and cold stamping die: master the manufacturability, gap value selection, stamping load, layout, edge wrapping and bending deformation analysis of stamping parts, bending parts and drawing parts.
