Donggong Town Organic Tea Garden was built at 200 1, mainly in Panlong Village. With the guidance and help of the county finance bureau and the town finance bureau, 64 farmers in this group took out fertile fields and paddy fields to adjust their structures to grow organic tea, and successively invested 1.5 million yuan to build 250 mu of organic tea gardens with high standards.
After more than two years' careful management, the 250-mu tea garden is growing well. As soon as the three-summer production ended, the relevant leaders of the County Animal Husbandry and Specialty Bureau and the Finance Bureau took technicians to the village to train 64 tea farmers on the summer management of tea gardens, organized and mobilized tea farmers to quickly organize tea farmers to weed, loosen soil, prevent insects and treat diseases, and dig out and bury manure according to the farm manure per mu 1.75 kg, so as to promote early results through scientific management.
In order to reduce the cost of tea farmers and improve the quality of fried tea, on the basis of serving the people in the village tea farm, the village committee encouraged large tea farmers to take the initiative to participate in the competition in the fried tea market, and cultivated two private fried tea factories, Li and Liu Qilin, to participate in the competition. County Finance Bureau sent a set of advanced tea-frying equipment to the village in the form of bidding and discount by visiting and talking with farmers, which better solved the worries of tea farmers.
In the autumn of 2008, the 250-mu tea garden will start picking tea for the first time. It is estimated that the average yield of finished tea per mu is 2,500 kg, with an output value of 1.5 million yuan.
