Electrocardiogram (ECG) is a routine examination method, which is used to record the changes of ECG on the body surface, so as to prompt the abnormal heart. However, the final judgment of organic changes such as atrium and ventricle depends on echocardiography, CT, magnetic resonance and other measurement indicators, and combined with clinical manifestations, it is not scientific to determine the organic changes of the heart only from ECG.
Combined with your age, it is suggested that you do a echocardiography to further determine whether there are ventricular septal defects and atrial septal defects, and exclude other diseases that can cause right atrial enlargement.
It is best to go to the local hospital for further consultation and examination. Views are for reference only.
