After the name of the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce is approved, the District Administration for Industry and Commerce will print the Notice of Name Pre-approval and receive the Notice of Enterprise Name Pre-approval with the Notice of Acceptance. 3. If foreign capital accounts for more than 85% of the registered capital, the enterprise name is allowed to place the administrative division after the font size, before the industry or after the industry, and before the organizational form.
