3. If the applicant's property rights have been mortgaged and need to be registered for transfer, you can directly make an appointment for transfer registration, and the staff will handle the mortgage cancellation and transfer registration for you, or the mortgagee agrees not to handle the mortgage cancellation. If the mortgage cancellation registration is reserved (transfer registration is not reserved), only the mortgage cancellation registration business will be handled.
4. Priority should be given to booking business. Appointment applicants must hold their valid certificates, arrive at the acceptance outlets in advance according to the appointment time period, wait for the call number on the online appointment number, and directly handle the business.
