(A) Static pressure prestressed pipe pile construction technology
According to the progress of the project and the specific situation of the construction site, coordinate the speed and variety of piles and obey the on-site dispatching command. During pile hanging and transportation, attention should be paid to the protection of finished products, and the certificate of finished products and related materials should be submitted to Party A (supervisor) regularly and in batches. When the pipe piles leave the factory, each pile shall be marked according to JC 888-20xx specifications, and the product certificate and related materials shall be provided in batches. The material engineer shall carry out "appearance quality" and "inspection and acceptance of relevant materials" for the pipe piles entering the site.
(1) Appearance quality includes: whether the factory name, date and specifications printed at the end of the pile section are in conformity with the certificate and purchase order, whether the external dimensions are in conformity with the design drawings, whether there are cracks on the pile surface, and whether the positions of embedded parts at both ends of the pile section are accurate.
(2) Relevant data of piles include: pipe pile structure diagram, raw material quality certificate, steel bar experiment report, prestress tensioning record, concrete block strength report, pile appearance inspection record, pile and pile joint mechanical experiment report, steam curing record and product quality problem handling document.
(3) Hoisting, stacking and transportation of piles: The pipe piles can be hoisted after demoulding in the factory. In the process of lifting, handle it gently, always keep it steady, and beware of collision or rolling. The piling site of pipe piles should be solid and flat, and when piling, stow-wood should be placed at both ends of pipe piles according to the pile length of 0.2 1L respectively. Pipe piles with the same diameter and length can be stacked in an overlapping way, with both ends aligned, with no more than 5 layers (5 layers are allowed for pipe piles with a diameter of 400), and reliable anti-rolling measures should be taken.

1. Prestressed pipe pile

Before pressing the pile, the inserted pile must be corrected to ensure that the verticality of the pile is within 0.5% ... carefully record the oil pressure value and mark every meter on the pile. When sinking piles, the pile body should always be vertical, and two theodolite can be used to make 90 degrees with each other on the horizontal plane or use lead to correct, and the verticality deviation of the pile body should not exceed 0.5%.
Before pile pressing, the size of pile position should be re-measured.
The pile delivery pit shall be backfilled in time to prevent deviation and personnel falling in when pressing adjacent piles.
The quality controller shall supervise the construction quality on site, and no one shall interfere with the normal quality inspection of the quality controller.
Nine, safe production and civilized construction
1. Safety production must run through the whole project, and the operation of each link must meet the requirements of safety regulations. In addition to full-time security officers responsible for safety work, commanders at all levels should also attach importance to safety work and follow the principle of ensuring safety in production.
2. The site supervisor and the team leader should pay close attention to the related problems of mechanical operation and personnel operation, all activities should be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the company, and mechanical equipment should be maintained at any time to avoid accidents, so as to ensure the pile quality and time limit for a project.
3. Personal safety
Strengthen safety education, organize regular study of safety production knowledge and rules and regulations, and take up posts only after passing the examination.
Anyone entering the site must wear a safety helmet, and no slippers or barefoot are allowed to enter the site. If you go into aerial work, you must fasten your seat belt.
Don't drink before work, and don't make fun at work.
Every construction process must comply with the safety operation procedures.
4. Field equipment safety issues
During construction at night, site lighting must be ensured.

Construction technology management procedure
1. Be familiar with the drawings before construction, and carefully review the dimensions of the drawings.

3. After the pile is in place and verified by the general contractor, apply to the supervision company for acceptance, and the formal construction can be carried out only after the acceptance is correct.
Construction quality assurance measures
1. Control of pile insertion deviation: During pile insertion, the pile tip should be aligned with the pile point, and the verticality should be controlled by theodolite and line drop.
2. Control of pile top elevation: Before pile pressing, the team leader should clearly mark the "Pile Delivery Depth Line" on the pile feeder, and the pile can be hoisted only after it is checked by technicians. When sending piles, stop piles immediately when reaching the depth line, and the depth line should be accurate.
3. Precast pile inspection: After the precast pile enters the site, specially-assigned personnel shall inspect the appearance of the pile for cracks and exposed steel bars, and the quality and specifications shall meet the design requirements. The pile diameter is 5 mm, the pipe wall thickness is 5 mm, and the pile curvature is <1100l, all of which are measured with steel tape.
4. Make pile pressing records: the records should be true. If any abnormal situation is found, Party A shall be informed immediately, and the solutions and treatment opinions shall be truthfully recorded in the remarks column of the construction log and pile pressing record.
5. Listen carefully to the opinions of Party A's field personnel, and welcome the inspection by superior leaders and quality inspectors.
After the above items are inspected by the quality inspector, they shall be applied for supervision and acceptance.
Safe production and civilized construction

1. Establish the person in charge of each type of work with the project manager as the core, form a safety leading group, determine the safety objectives and management scope, and implement the responsibilities to individuals to ensure safety.
2. The person in charge of construction shall make technical disclosure on production safety, and the construction personnel shall receive education on production safety and wear labor protection articles. Special personnel shall be responsible for all kinds of machinery, and it is forbidden to substitute machinery for disease.
3. When the crane lifts the pile by hand, it should be stable. Foreman and others are forbidden to walk under the crane.
4. The power cord should be waterproof, and the brake box, motor and welding machine should be waterproof and grounded.
5. The lounge should have someone who's in charge, and strictly abide by the safety fire prevention system of the construction unit.
6. All construction personnel must use polite language and respect Party A and the supervisor.
7. Keep the construction site clean and save electricity and water.

2. The electrical switch box should be waterproof and moisture-proof, with a single switch, and multiple switches are not allowed.

6. Mobile electrical equipment, especially the pile driver, should be commanded by a special person to avoid electric shock accidents caused by the cable being punctured when moving the pile driver.
7. Cable laying on the construction site should be orderly and overhead when conditions permit. If it is necessary to cross the road when laying on the surface, it should be protected and buried underground after passing through the iron pipe. Never allow vehicles to be crushed without any protection.
Electrical equipment must have reliable zero protection. Before construction, the electrical control system of pile driver should carefully check the insulation strength and rainproof measures, and at the same time, the pile driver itself should be protected by zero connection.
Completion acceptance: after slotting, it passes through the construction unit, general contractor, supervision unit, construction unit, design unit and quality inspection station.
