(2) China Unicom Chongqing Customer Service Hotline: Call the customer service hotline to manual service, and the customer service representative accepts the user's installation appointment;
(3) Unicom's separate business hall: Unicom's separate business hall can also accept users' newly installed broadband;
3. Certificates required for new broadband installation: Users need to provide the original valid ID card when applying for new broadband installation.
