1. The file transfer ratio is determined by Hangzhou University according to the students' situation in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the file transfer ratio should not exceed 105% in principle. Voluntarily file in turn according to batches, and the file transfer ratio shall not exceed 120% in principle. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region files according to the principle of score priority, and the specific rules are implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Inner Mongolia Education Admissions Examination Information Center.
2, Hangzhou University in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) according to the number of enrollment plans by major or professional category, according to the results of the file, there is no difference in scores between majors.
3. According to the spirit of the document of the Ministry of Education, candidates who enjoy the bonus policy will be given extra points in accordance with the provisions of the education authorities of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the candidates are located.
4. When the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are not accepted, if they are subject to adjustment, after all the professional volunteers are accepted, they will be adjusted from high scores to low scores to categories or majors that are not fully recorded; Those who do not obey the adjustment, or whose medical examination results do not meet the admission requirements of the incomplete category (major), shall be dismissed. Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools do not recruit volunteers.
5. According to the order of voluntary bidding batches, when the number of the first volunteer candidates is insufficient, Zhejiang University can accept non-first volunteer candidates and select the best candidates according to the bidding results. If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected.
