Small and medium-sized enterprises have become the main force of economic vitality. But overall, the informatization level of small and medium-sized enterprises in our city is still relatively backward and needs to be developed urgently.
In order to break the bottleneck of informatization development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the Provincial Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Bureau and Jiangsu Telecom Co., Ltd. signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on Informatization Promotion Project of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Jiangsu Province in Nanjing on XX, and officially launched the Informatization Promotion Project of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Jiangsu Province. Starting this project is mainly based on three considerations:
First of all, it is an inevitable choice under the global information trend. Now, no one will deny that we have entered the information age, and information has deeply affected all aspects and levels of our life and production. As an important subject of social activities, enterprises should naturally face this trend actively. The central government put forward to promote industrialization by informationization and take a new road to industrialization, and defined the goals and paths. Secondly, informatization promotion project is the need for the rapid and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Over the years, small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly and become a dynamic main force in social economy. However, the informatization construction of most small and medium-sized enterprises only stays at the lower level of e-mail and information search, and the e-commerce of small and medium-sized enterprises is still in the brewing stage. Third, the time is ripe to promote the informatization construction of small and medium-sized enterprises. The rapid development of advanced network communication technology and it technology provides a strong guarantee for the informatization construction of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Recently, the country started the "Informatization Promotion Project for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", which has formed a good atmosphere in the whole society. Provincial and municipal leaders also attach great importance to the informatization construction of small and medium-sized enterprises, and we have very good strategic partners. Telecom has been committed to serving the informatization construction of our city, carrying out mechanism innovation in depth, vigorously developing all kinds of services, closely tracking advanced technologies, and building communication capabilities ahead of schedule. It has made breakthrough progress in the transformation of traditional network intelligence, broadband and digitalization, and launched a new customer brand of telecom "business pilot", which is tailor-made for small and medium-sized enterprises in the city, especially enterprises in the park, and has inserted powerful wings for the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The informatization project promotion meeting of city commercial pilot enterprises is a systematic project jointly promoted by the government, telecommunications and other parties, aiming at serving small and medium-sized enterprises. The project will provide small and medium-sized enterprises with a package of solutions from hardware equipment and application software to network communication and information management system through the telecom "business pilot" information business platform, and promote the small and medium-sized enterprises in the city to attach importance to informatization thought, implement it in action and realize effective informatization.
The core content of the "Promotion Project" is to promote the construction of "one platform, one center" and actively participate in the "100 million projects" in the province. First, focus on telecommunications, build an "information platform for small and medium-sized enterprises" to provide "one-stop" technical support for the informationization of small and medium-sized enterprises. "One center", that is, telecommunications provides x hours of manual consulting services for the informatization construction of small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, participate in the "100 enterprise informatization model pilot", "1000 enterprise informatization experience" and "10000 enterprise informatization talent training" implemented throughout the province, effectively promoting the informatization construction process of small and medium-sized enterprises in the city.
In concrete implementation, the Municipal Economic and Trade Commission focuses on policy guidance, building a platform and creating an environment. By formulating opinions on speeding up the informatization of small and medium-sized enterprises in the city, compiling the informatization development plan of small and medium-sized enterprises in the city, strengthening guidance, and creating a good environment for the informatization of small and medium-sized enterprises in the city.
