Guiguzi, named Wang Xu, was a patriot in the Warring States Period. Good at health and vertical and horizontal skills, proficient in the art of war, martial arts, strange gossip. He wrote 14 guiguzi art books handed down from generation to generation. Folk call him the bodhi old zu of Wang Chan, an outstanding figure in the history of China in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. He is one of the "Hundred Schools", the originator of strategists and an accomplished educator. I often go to Yunmeng Mountain to collect herbs and cultivate monks. Because of his seclusion in Qingxi Ghost Valley, he was called Mr. Ghost Valley.
Guiguzi is known as the originator of military strategists because there were two outstanding disciples in the Warring States period, Su Qin and Zhang Yi (see "The Warring States Policy"). In addition, Sun Bin and Pang Juan are also disciples (see The Romance of Sun Pang).
Guiguzi is not only a politician's six tricks and three strategies, but also a diplomat's vertical and horizontal skills. He also has the ancestral mantle of yin and yang, and the quack of the prophet. Therefore, the world calls Guiguzi a wizard and a generalist. His works, including Guiguzi, also known as "The Strategy of Integration" and "Yin Fu Qi Fa", describe the methods of practicing qi and nourishing the mind.
Taoism regards Mr. Guigu as a "true fairy in ancient times", who lived in the world for more than a hundred years and then disappeared. Guiguzi is well preserved in Taoist classic Daozang. There is also a folk legend that Guiguzi is the ancestor of numerologists. In Taoism, Guiguzi is honored as Du Xuanxian Factory.
According to Du Guangting's Seeking Differences in Ming Dynasty, Guiguzi was born in Xuanyuan period and experienced Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties. According to its meaning, Guiguzi lived in the era of the Yellow Emperor more than 2000 BC, and lived until the end of the Zhou Dynasty, as long as 1000 years. This adds a little mystery to Guiguzi. There are not many records about Guiguzi himself in history books, but Sun Bin, Pang Juan, Su Qin, Zhang Yi, Mao Sui and other famous figures are all disciples of Guiguzi. We make the following inference according to the period of his disciples' activities [1].
About 400 BC, Guiguzi was born and left his mother in his teens.
About 380 BC, Guiguzi was 20 years old and went out to Yunmeng Mountain to lobby for achievements. Sun Bin and Pang Juan were born;
About 360 BC, Guiguzi retired to Yunmeng Mountain to teach, and Sun and Pang worshipped Guiguzi at the age of twenty.
In 353 BC, Sun Bin and Pang Juan were at war with Yu Guiling.
In 3 13 BC, Zhang Yi became the prime minister of Qin. At this time, Yi Cheung is about 50 years old and Su Qin is about 20 years old.
About 290 BC, Mao Sui was born, and then he became a closed disciple of Guiguzi.
About 270 BC, Guiguzi died;
In 258 BC, Mao Sui became a late bloomer, and at the age of 30, he "recommended himself".
Therefore, Guiguzi lived between 400 BC and 270 BC. From the birth of Guiguzi in 400 BC to his graduation in 290 BC, his life span was about 1 10 years-130 years.

So for a long time, scholars have little praise for Guiguzi, but scoffed at it. In fact, the benefits of diplomatic tactics are related to the rise and fall of national security; Whether the strategy of business negotiation and competition is appropriate or not is related to the success or failure of the economy. Even in daily life, speaking skills are related to whether a person is decent or not. At that time, Su Qin, with his brilliant words, united the six countries, matched each other and led them against Qin. With her strategy and lobbying skills, Zhang Yi scattered the six countries and made immortal contributions to the State of Qin. The so-called "wisdom is unknown to people, but can be used by people." The essence of Guiguzi is that invisibility is better than indisputable white. Sun Tzu's art of war focuses on overall strategy, while Guiguzi focuses on specific skills. The two can be said to complement each other.
