Before it is too late, what I want to tell you today is the planting method of Dictyophora, that is, the planting points and cultivation techniques of Dictyophora. I will talk about three methods for your reference.
1. Indoor box cultivation method of dictyophora indusiata
Ordinary wooden boxes are used as cultivation containers. First, lay a layer of humus with a thickness of 5- 10 cm on the bottom of the box, saw the dead bamboo into 30 cm long, and then lay it on the humus. Dictyophora. Sow on the dead bamboo layer, 1 bottle 750g per square meter, and then spread a layer of humus soil with a thickness of about 3-5cm.
Pay attention to the fact that the soil should not be too thick, otherwise it will affect the results.
Water the cover to make it wet.
Put the wooden box in the room for cultivation, and always keep the soil moist.
After 4-5 months, the dead bamboo has been covered by hyphae, and a small amount of hyphae spread to cover the soil.
When the temperature rises to 20-24℃, small bacterial buds appear in the covering layer. At this time, the indoor relative humidity should be increased, not less than 85%.
A month or so after the bacterial bud grows out of the covering layer, the bacterial bud explodes. At this time, the relative humidity of the air should be raised to 95%, so that the bacterial skirt can be well spread out.
The average yield of fresh mushrooms per square meter is 1.62 kg, and the high yield can reach 2.84 kg.
Second, the indoor seedbed planting method of Dictyophora dictyophora
Build a bedstead with wood and bamboo indoors, with a width of 1 m and a height of 2 m, with a total of 3-4 floors and a spacing of 80 cm between each floor.
The bedside is made of bamboo and wood, with a height of 30-40 cm.
Spread a film on the bottom, and make a filter hole in the film.
Processing the cultivation materials into small pieces with a length of 5-30cm, soaking them in 0.5% lime water for one week, taking them out, rinsing them with clear water, soaking them in clear water for fermentation, taking them out when the clear water is sour, and then sowing them on the seedbed.
Firstly, spread humus soil with a thickness of 5cm on the bed surface, then spread a culture material with a thickness of10cm, and then evenly remove a layer of strains from the culture material.
Spread 5 cm thick culture material on the strain and sprinkle a layer of strain.
Every square meter 1-2 bottles of bacteria (750g).
After sowing, it is wrapped with plastic film, and cultured in the shade at 20℃, keeping the relative humidity at 75-80%, and covering the soil for about 20 days.
Management should be light water spraying and less ventilation.
When the fungus buds grow up and mature and the top begins to swell upward, the air humidity should be increased to 95%. Dictyophora will sprout in a few days, and it will take 8-9 months from sowing to harvesting.
Third, the outdoor cultivation method of Dictyophora dictyophora
This method saves strains, requires less labor, is simple, and is beneficial to rural cultivation.
The specific method is:
Choose a shady open space in the leeward as the bed, with a width of 80- 100 cm and a depth of 10 cm. Spread a layer of dead bamboo on the bed, sow strains on the dead bamboo, and use a bottle of strains per square meter. Then cover the strain with 3-5 cm thick composite soil and pour water.
In order to keep the temperature of the mushroom bed, build a 30-40 cm high shade shed on the mushroom bed to prevent direct sunlight.
Cultivation should be carried out at natural temperature, but water should be sprayed frequently to prevent bed surface from drying. In September of the following year, the mushroom body began to grow on the bed surface, and it took about 10- 12 months from sowing to fruiting.
