On September 25th, 2009, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Liucheng County, Liuzhou City for the construction of Sanjiang-Liuzhou expressway, which was invested by guangxi traffic Investment Group Co., Ltd. The total length of the project was 186 km, and the estimated total investment was106.2 billion yuan. The appearance of this expressway not only ended the history of three counties in northern Liuzhou without expressway, but also opened an inter-provincial channel closer to the sea for neighboring Guizhou and Hunan provinces.
Liuzhou to Sanjiang takes only 1.5 hours.
Wei, the project owner and president of guangxi traffic Investment Group Co., Ltd., introduced that Sanjiang to Liuzhou expressway is an important part of Guangxi expressway Network. The total length of the project is 186 km, the estimated total investment is162 million yuan, and the construction period is 3 years.
The reporter learned that due to the relatively backward traffic conditions, before the completion of the Three North Expressway, Liuzhou to Sanjiang could only take the 209 National Road, which took 3.5 hours. After the completion of expressway from Liuzhou to Sanjiang, the direct benefit is to greatly shorten the distance between Sanjiang and Liuzhou. By then, it will only take about 1.5 hours from Sanjiang to Liuzhou, which is nearly two hours shorter than the original.
Expressway was built between Sanjiang and Liuzhou, and the distance from Nanning to Sanjiang was shortened. End the history of three counties without expressway.
"After the completion of this expressway, it will effectively improve the backward traffic conditions in the northern part of Liuzhou, which is of great significance for accelerating the economic development of cities, counties and ethnic minority areas along the line." As of 2009, there are three main channels for Guizhou to enter Guangxi, one is from Longlin, Baise, and the other is from Nanbai Expressway to Beibu Gulf. One is to enter from Nandan and walk along the expressway (the section from Lanhai Expressway to Nanning reaches 2015); Another is to take the Three Rivers. He thinks that if Sanjiang goes to Liuzhou through expressway, Guizhou trucks from southeastern Guizhou can go to Liuzhou through expressway, and then go straight to Beibu Gulf through Guihai expressway (Liuzhou-Nanning section of Quannan expressway as of 20 15, and then turn to Nanning-Beihai section of Blue Ocean expressway).
