Making an exhibition plan can start from the following aspects: the selection of exhibition products, the use of supporting items, the arrangement of exhibitors, the promotion and control of time, the estimation of exhibition area and the choice of construction methods. The marketing mode of general exhibitions is the combination of direct sales by organizers and channel sales. At present, no matter which way we choose to book the exhibition, the cost paid is the same. It should be noted that before arranging the exhibition, the organizer of the exhibition must be found. One is to find out whether the meeting really exists, and the other is to check the official quotation. After the exhibition is scheduled, according to the requirements of the organizer, fill in the corresponding forms and provide materials step by step, and make remittance according to the financial system. 6. Booking an exhibition with an agent is the same as 5 7. Specially installed starting standard (9 square meters) booths only need to hang some exhibition boards, and large-area booths generally need special decoration. There are two ways to choose a builder: one is to contact foreign home builders directly. Passport should be handled at the Exit-Entry Administration Center of the Public Security Bureau where the household registration is located, and photos should be taken on the spot. There are two ways to arrange the itinerary: first, the company handles it by itself; Second, it handles it through a proxy. If you choose the first method, the workload may be relatively large, which requires enough care and patience, and the total handling fee is highly transparent. In the second way, the agent can handle all the above matters on his behalf, but the cost may be slightly lower than that in the first way. 10. Exhibitors should register during the exhibition in exchange for a pass to ensure a smooth exhibition. The organizer will set up a service desk on site, which can not only provide exhibitors with passes, but also solve some other problems related to the exhibition. Exhibitors are required to bring booth confirmation, payment voucher, exhibitor's business card and other relevant supporting materials when registering, and read the exhibitor's manual carefully before leaving. 1 1. On-site freight communication involves the transportation of exhibits, and the personnel will dock with the freight service provider after arriving at the booth. After the exhibition, the materials shall be handed over to the relevant administrative departments, including exhibits, exhibition tools, samples, stationery, cameras and other equipment. The exhibition journal, collected business cards and consulting information are handed over to the Foreign Trade Commissioner, who is responsible for follow-up and business contact. 15. Post-tracking evaluation refers to handing over the user information, R&D trends and local market development information collected in this exhibition to relevant management departments, and the marketing department will conduct post-tracking evaluation.
