Research scheme format

The format of the research scheme generally includes three parts: title, text and signature.

I. Title: The title usually consists of "unit+survey type+document number", such as "Investigation Report on Industrial Economic Operation of XX Bureau of Industry and Information Technology".

Second, the text: the text is the main part of the research plan, which generally includes the following contents:

1. purpose of the survey: explain the background, reasons and purpose of the survey, such as "understanding the industrial economic operation of XX city and providing reference for government decision-making".

2. Investigation contents: According to the purpose of the investigation, list the main contents of the investigation, such as "Investigation on the production, sales and raw material supply of industrial enterprises in XX City".

3. Research methods: explain the ways and methods of research, such as "conducting research by means of questionnaire survey, field visit, data analysis and expert consultation".

4. Survey progress: Make a reasonable survey progress plan according to the survey contents and methods, such as "conducting questionnaire survey and field visit in the first week, conducting data analysis and expert consultation in the second week, and completing the survey report in the third week".

4. Resource budget: list the budget of human, material and financial resources needed for research.

5. Risk management: analyze the possible risks and unfavorable factors, and formulate countermeasures, such as "there may be cases where investigators cannot contact the respondents, and more investigators can be added to deal with them".

6. Application of the survey results: Explain the purpose and significance of the survey results, such as "the analysis of the survey results can provide reference for the government to formulate industrial economic development policies".

III. Signature: The signature usually includes the name and date of the research institution. For example, "XX Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology 202 1 year 10/0/0".

Matters needing attention in writing research plan:

The research plan should be clear-headed and holistic, and not only consider some problems, but ignore other potential problems. The research content and outline should be clear, targeted and not vague.

The research plan should be focused, not comprehensive, regardless of primary and secondary. The choice of research methods should be combined with the actual situation, focusing on the main research methods such as field investigation and symposium, and the secondary research methods can be set aside.

It is necessary to arrange the inspection projects reasonably and specify the people, things, money, resources and time. Don't arrange the investigation time too intensively, but set aside some time to deal with various emergencies.
