Method 1: Use the chat record recovery function of enterprise WeChat itself:
1. In the enterprise WeChat, click the "I" tab to enter the "Settings" interface.
2. In the settings interface, click the security tab to enter the account and security settings page.
3. On the Account and Security Settings page, click the Restore Chat History option.
4. Select the time range to restore, click the "Restore" button, and start to restore the chat record.
5. In the process of restoring chat records, keep the network connection of enterprise WeChat unobstructed, and don't quit enterprise WeChat, otherwise data recovery may fail.
Method 2: Use data recovery software:
1. Select trusted data recovery software, such as EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard.
2. Connect the mobile phone or computer to the computer and open the data recovery software.
3. Select the file type to be restored in the software, such as "Chat History". 4. In the next option, select "Enterprise WeChat" as the data source for recovery.
5. Select the recovery time range, start scanning and recover data.
6. After scanning the software, select the chat record to be restored and save it locally.
Method 3: Contact the enterprise WeChat customer service for recovery: Try to contact the enterprise WeChat customer service center and ask if there is any other way to recover the chat record.
