Case Review According to MengMeng's father, Mr. Ma, MengMeng 18 years old, senior 3, No.1 Middle School, Weixian County, Hebei Province. More than a month ago, he rested at home for personal reasons. On the morning of February 6th, 2002112, MengMeng suffered from abdominal pain and burning sensation in the throat. His family sent him to the hospital for treatment, but they couldn't find out why. Later, because of his critical illness, he was transferred to the People's Hospital of Hebei Province for rescue.
According to the diagnosis certificate of the hospital on February 24th, 65438, MengMeng was sent to the hospital for treatment on February 24th, 20021,18. The diagnosis showed acute pesticide poisoning (paraquat), pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, type I respiratory failure, acute renal insufficiency and liver injury.
In addition, the test report issued by Hebei Borui Medical Laboratory showed that paraquat (concentration 70ng/ml) and ambroxol were detected in MengMeng's urine.
MengMeng's sister revealed that at first, the family thought that MengMeng was taking his own medicine because of the academic pressure of senior three, but MengMeng said that he didn't know what paraquat was. Afterwards, her sister recalled that on the evening of February 5, 2002165438, she asked her sister to come to her house to help look after the children because of something at home.
The family inquired that MengMeng's brother-in-law Chen Mou forced MengMeng to drink two cups of "cold medicine" on the grounds of prevention that night. MengMeng felt that the "cold medicine" tasted abnormal after taking it, and then MengMeng's family called the police.
What is the brother-in-law's motive? What puzzled MengMeng's father, Mr Ma, was that when the child was being treated in Weixian Hospital, he visited him, but did not disclose any information. It has been more than ten days since it was sent to the provincial people's hospital and paraquat poisoning was detected.
Mr. Ma said that he usually has no holidays with his son-in-law, and his son-in-law will come and walk on holidays. He also can't figure out why the other party wants to do this. At present, in order to treat MengMeng, the family still owes hundreds of foreign debts.
According to Ms. Guo, a relative, she is usually a little introverted. She and her sister MengMeng were introduced to get married. The two families are seven or eight miles apart and are fellow villagers. Now they have a son. After the incident, Chen Mou's relatives did not come to apologize or express their condolences. MengMeng's sister can't accept this reality and always feels that she has hurt her sister.
Later, after the police intervened, Chen Mou admitted that he gave paraquat to MengMeng for revenge, because Chen Mou felt that his father-in-law's family "looked down on themselves".
Conclusion The doctor in the general internal medicine ward of Hebei Provincial People's Hospital said that the medical team was trying its best to treat MengMeng, but there was no antidote for paraquat poisoning at present, and the time for patients to find out the poison in the hospital had been delayed. Then the trend of MengMeng's illness is not clear. Although we all know that paraquat is difficult to save, we still hope this girl can get the best luck.
