Brief introduction of Shanghai information service center for small and medium-sized enterprises

Shanghai SME Information Service Center, formerly known as Shanghai SME (Productivity Promotion) Service Center, is a municipal public service organization approved by Shanghai Municipal People's Government 1999 to promote the development of SMEs and provide consulting services for their informatization construction. It is a public institution and non-profit organization fully funded by the municipal finance, and it is affiliated to the Shanghai Economic Commission.
