3. Enter your name and ID number, and then click "Qualification Authentication". After face recognition according to the tips on the page, you can complete the qualification authentication of urban and rural residents' pension benefits (note: a civil affairs account can be authenticated by many people, but Xiamen benefits recipient authentication is not supported at present).
