1. What is the certificate of returned overseas students?
The certificate of returning from studying abroad is a certificate issued by the Education Office of the China Consulate in the UK that foreign students are studying abroad. All overseas students who have graduated from regular universities (colleges) and research institutions abroad and are engaged in advanced studies and cooperative research can apply for the Certificate of Returned Overseas Students before deciding to return to China to settle down.

Documents required for the return certificate of British students:
1. Confirm whether your school is on the list of Sino-British mutual recognition agreements for academic degrees (this is available on the website of the Chinese Embassy in the UK).
2. Be sure to register your degree information online during your stay in the UK. The process is simple:
1. Register srs online. /(one month): Registration in the international student report registration system must be 1 month before the system can print out the' Registration Form of International Student Report' with grade number.
2. Send the required materials as follows (one week to two months) (the required materials will be listed on the registration website).
2. 1. Print the registration form with serial number, and paste a 2-inch photo in the blank space of the printed registration form (you can print the registration form after logging in to the registration system with the registration account).
2.2. Copy of passport identity page and valid visa page in the UK during the study period.
2.3. Original letter of certification issued by the school (it is required to explain when and where you registered to study in any school and major, when you graduated and what degree you obtained, and the contact telephone number, fax number and email address of the person who issued the letter of certification).
2.4. Letter of authorization from the embassy to verify the situation of your former college.
2.5. Copy of graduation certificate.
2.6. Copy of academic transcripts (if the research-oriented master students or doctoral students have no test scores, they may not be provided, but the original letter of explanation issued by the school is required).
2.7. Copy of return ticket, or confirmation of e-ticket, or copy of entry stamp page of passport when returning from school.
2.8. A medium-sized (half A4 paper) self-addressed envelope, fully stamped with British postage and marked with the return address. Please fill in the return address and postal code correctly and in detail, and ensure that the return address is valid within 3 months. If it is sent to an address in the UK, please affix a first-class stamp; For mailing to China, at least 1.50 British stamp (postage standard 20 14) should be affixed. If you send it to a British address in a large envelope, please affix a first-class large stamp; For mailing to China, at least 1.50 British stamp (postage standard 20 14) should be affixed.
3. The certificate has been successfully processed. There are two places in Britain where you can get this certificate, London and Manchester. The centers of these two cities are in charge of different schools. If you want to know which city your school is managed by, you will be prompted when you register on the website.
Matters needing attention in handling the return certificate of British students
1. Relevant materials for the certificate of returned overseas students must be complete, and incomplete materials shall not be mailed.
2. The submitted materials will not be returned. If you need to keep the original letter of proof, please submit another copy of the letter of proof, and specifically state that the Education Group is required to send the original letter of proof back when mailing the certificate of return to China.
3. After receiving the materials, the segmented teacher generally completes the material review within 20 working days (that is, about one month, postponed in case of holidays). However, because some information needs further verification by the school, the time for reviewing the materials will be extended accordingly to issue a certificate of returning to China after studying abroad. Applicants can view the material review in their own registration information. If the system shows that the examination has passed, it means that the certificate of studying abroad has been sent. If after 20 working days, it is found that your personal registration information has not passed the audit, you can find out the reasons for the disqualification in your personal information. If the personal information is still not approved after 20 working days, and the reasons for the disqualification are not indicated, it means that the education group has not received the materials, please reissue the materials.
4. The Education Department does not accept telephone and e-mail inquiries. Please log in to the registration system directly for further enquiries. If consultation is really necessary, please verify whether the materials you provide meet the requirements, and consider consulting after reading this notice carefully. If you entrust others to consult Education Group, please also read this notice carefully to obtain accurate information about you.
5. After receiving the Certificate of Returned Overseas Students, please check the contents carefully. If you find any mistakes, please send the return certificate together with information and corresponding materials to Manchester Education Group, and attach a self-addressed envelope. Don't fill in the name and number of graduation certificate on the receipt.
6. Students who have registered in the education department during their study in the UK can still apply for the Certificate of Returned Overseas Students by post after graduation, or entrust their classmates or relatives and friends in the UK to do it on their behalf.
7. If the certificate of returning from studying abroad is lost, it can be reissued after 2 months. When you reissue, you need to submit a copy of the registration page with serial number, a description of the lost replacement and a reply envelope (with enough stamps).
