The main responsibilities of the Senior Talent Service Commissioner are as follows:
1. Recruitment Management:
Formulate and coordinate the recruitment plan, effectively communicate and negotiate with the recruitment team to ensure the progress of the talent recruitment project;
Track industry trends, evaluate market competitiveness and formulate corresponding recruitment strategies;
Study recruitment channels, understand and use all kinds of online and offline recruitment resources, and expand recruitment channels;
Use modern recruitment technology to manage the recruitment process, such as information system, e-mail, social media and talent platform.
2. Administrative and human resources support:
Assist in identifying problems in recruitment implementation and solving related problems;
Use data analysis tools to evaluate talent recruitment performance and continuously optimize and improve talent recruitment ability;
Support the general business of human resources department, such as document management and office organization.
3. Performance evaluation:
Track the productivity and effect of employees and make corresponding incentive plans according to company standards;
Regularly review the recruitment process and the tools used in the process.
