Where's Li?

Before discussing the postmodern Pieces of Chicken and Dog, this morning I want to gossip about a person who has had an important influence on psychological counseling: batson.

I have met this anthropologist three times.

The first beginner in family therapy was deeply shocked by a concept called "double bondage". This concept holds that information exchange is carried out at two levels at the same time, namely, the level of directly expressing the meaning of the discourse and the level of meaning outside the discourse, and especially emphasizes that the latter is usually hidden in the discourse and presents the speaker's attitude; The latter information is implicit, ambiguous and easily overlooked. If you can't find the contradictory information of these two levels in the communication process, you will be doubly constrained and fall into a dilemma. It should be said that this concept has deepened my understanding of the relationship among the three elements of attitude: A (emotion), B (behavioral tendency) and C (cognition), because it explains to me from another dimension why when ABC is not harmonious, A plays a leading role and determines the basic orientation and behavioral tendency of attitude. In addition, this concept reminds me of Wang Bi's Xiang Ming, which makes a scientific footnote for "observing words-observing images-knowing".

The second meeting with batson was after I divided "communication" into five layers according to the degree of emotion and reason. At that time, although I realized that "communication" could be further refined, I never found a breakthrough. At this time, I was advised to study NLP, so I knew that batson, like Satya, Eriksson and Pierce, was regarded as a master in this field, and I also knew that he divided the complicated identity system in people's hearts into six levels according to influence and depth. That is, environment, behavior, resources, belief value, self-awareness and spirit. Unfortunately, I think this division is too fine, and it is not feasible at all, so I gave up.

Focus on gossip for the third time.

According to Mr. Fei Xiaotong's suggestion, China, a native of China, should be read in combination with American Character, because "in this book, the characteristics of rural society are illustrated by the facts of China, and the characteristics of immigrant society are illustrated by the facts of the United States, which is similar to that of Ms. Meade". This Meade is batson's ex-wife, and Benedict's colleague and homosexual lover. Benedict is the author of another book I like, Chrysanthemum and Knife.

Meade, that's great! For example, by studying how different cultures give men and women different roles, she found that the gender roles played by men and women are often based on cultural and social customs, rather than natural or biological reasons. Therefore, "both men and women are gifted human beings, and these talents cannot be unique to either sex"; She has been married and divorced three times, has no husband's surname, and is very open to feelings: "I never want to belong to another person, and I don't want anyone to belong to me."

When batson first met Meade, he only said one word, which made Meade fall in love with him deeply. In fact, that sentence is extremely common: "You are very tired."

Meade later recalled or recalled this sentence, saying, "I think this is the first sentence that I have heard that others care about me since the days of Monduguma." We can hear her complaining about her husband, and we can see batson's superhuman emotional ability. With this ability, he later became famous for studying the nature and characteristics of communication, which is natural.

In addition to "double bondage", batson also put forward the concept of "circular connection". On New Year's Day last year, I doodled an article "Answering a friend's question: causal connection and circular connection", so I won't bother you this morning.
