Qin-en Expressway is the key section to realize the connection between Harbin and Jiagedaqi Expressway. There are 2 large bridges, 7 interchanges and 6 separated interchanges1/kloc-0. Among them, the 20 km first-class highway from Tiefeng to Fengtun, the first-class highway from Fengtun to Nehe 124 km, and the 89 km second-class highway from Nehe to Nenjiang are used for half-width expansion. At present, the Qin E section is closed with perfect facilities, and the Nehe-Nenjiang section has entered the later stage of construction.

The construction of Qinan Expressway has been completed, and the whole line was officially put into operation on September 29th.
