Third, the recruitment process

Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit, and adopt the method of combining examination with assessment. The specific procedures are as follows:

(1) Publish a recruitment announcement

(2) Registration and prequalification

Registration is conducted by online registration, and the registration website is Anhui Personnel Examination Network. Registration time is 20 10, 12, 17, 8:30 to 18, 17:30, and no supplementary registration will be made after the deadline.

Applicants log on to Anhui Personnel Examination Network, fill in the Qualification Examination Form for Open Recruiters in Provincial Institutions truthfully and correctly as required, and upload their electronic photos (recent bareheaded photos in jpg format, with the size of 295 * 4 13 pixels and the size of 20- 100 KB). The information filled in must be true and correct according to my actual situation and recruitment qualification requirements.

Each applicant must use the same valid identity document to register and take the exam.

After the applicants register, go to 1 19+00: 30 and log on the Anhui Personnel Examination website to check whether they have passed the preliminary examination. Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination should pay the examination fee online in time according to the prescribed charging standards and requirements after registration. According to the document [2009] 1 18 issued by the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance, the examination fee is charged according to the standard of 45 yuan per person. Applicants must apply for online payment tools in advance (ICBC Peony Card, E Times Card, Credit Card, Credit Card and Financial Account, or CCB Savings Card, Zodiac Card, Credit Card and Dual Currency Credit Card).

The ratio of the number of applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination to the number of recruitment positions is not less than 3: 1. If it is lower than the prescribed proportion, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced accordingly.

(3) written examination

Candidates downloaded and printed the admission ticket on Anhui Personnel Examination Network from February 22nd to 24th 12.

Written test time: it is planned to be at 8: 30 am-11:00 on February 26th. The location is in Hefei.

The written test takes the form of a closed book, which mainly tests the professional theoretical knowledge required by the post. The written test does not specify review materials.

The written test results will be published on Anhui Human Resources and Social Security Network before 65438+February 3 1.

(4) Qualification examination

According to the written test results, from high score to low score, the professional test candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 3, and the qualifications are re-examined. If more than one candidate has the same written test results, the last candidate will be determined as a professional test candidate. At the time of qualification review, I will provide my valid resident ID card, academic degree certificate, relevant supporting materials and the original and photocopy of the Registration Qualification Examination Form. Anyone who does not meet the qualification requirements or fails to provide relevant certificates and materials as required will be disqualified from participating in professional tests. If there is a vacancy in the candidates, they will be replenished according to the written test scores from high to low before the professional test.

(5) Professional testing

Qualified personnel who have passed the qualification review take the professional test.

The professional test is conducted by interview, which mainly examines the professional technical level and business ability necessary for candidates to engage in post work. The time and place of professional test will be notified separately.

After the professional test, the written test scores and the professional test scores are combined into the total test scores according to the ratio of 5: 5.

(6) Physical examination and evaluation

According to the total test scores, the candidates for physical examination and assessment are determined according to the ratio of 1: 2 from high score to low score (if the total test scores are the same, they will be sorted according to the professional test scores). The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.20051issued by People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry). Those who fail the physical examination can apply for re-examination and re-examination according to regulations within one week after receiving the re-examination notice. If the second interview is still unqualified, the qualification for registration will be cancelled. If there is a vacancy in the physical examination, it will be replenished in equal amount according to the total score of the examination from high to low.

Those who pass the physical examination. The assessment mainly focuses on the candidate's political ideology, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and compliance with national laws and regulations. Those who fail the examination will not be replenished.

(7) Employment

According to the requirements of the post, the office party group comprehensively determines the candidates to be hired according to the candidates' test scores, physical examination and assessment, and publicizes them for one week. If there is no objection to the publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the regulations.
