Side notes on sending senior middle schools in Ali area of Lhasa to middle schools in Gaize County?

On the morning of June 7th, when the morning sun shone on the first sunshine shop in Cuoqin County, the teaching team of senior middle school in Ali District of Lhasa City had set foot on the road to Gaize County, the second stop of this teaching activity. Gaize County is the most populous county in Ali, and Gaize County Middle School is the largest county junior middle school in Ali and one of the member schools of La 'a High School Alliance.

Director Yu Guang and Deputy Director Tenzin Lunzhu of the Academic Affairs Office shared their experiences around the development of teaching management activities, and answered questions on how teachers in Gaize County can stimulate students' learning motivation and improve teaching performance. Mr. Pubuyangjin led the teaching and research group to have a discussion with the heads of secondary schools in Gaize County. Teacher Xie Huali exchanged views on classroom observation and students' mental health. Teacher Pubuyangjin emphasized the importance of learning curriculum standards. Teacher Sang Mudan combined with the characteristics of Ali students and put forward her own teaching suggestions. Teacher Shi Weibo put forward his own views on the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality. Teacher Qian An discussed the construction of discipline groups and the integration of information technology and disciplines.

The next morning, four teachers, Chenguang Li, Qian An, Pu Buyangjin and Sang Mudan, gave special lectures on four topics, namely, how to match a good class, the design and production of micro-classes, the application of topics, and how to attend classes and evaluate classes, which provided useful references for teachers' professional development.
