Four. The main contents of the detailed rules for implementation
(a) rehabilitation object:

Disabled children who have attended kindergartens, ordinary schools or special education schools can only apply for part-time rehabilitation training in principle; If you apply for full-time, you need to apply to the school for suspension, home delivery or leave.
(3) Living assistance: providing foster care services and subsidies to the disabled for the purpose of reducing the family burden and ensuring the basic livelihood of the disabled.
(4) Rescue process:
The applicant will submit the required materials to the village (neighborhood) Committee where the account belongs, and the village (neighborhood) Committee will accept the application. After the information is correct, submit it to the towns (streets) for review or approval.
