What are the behavior patterns of operation management?

The behavior models of operation management include aarrr model, lift model, addiction model and growth flywheel model.

1, aarrr model

Aarrr model is a common research model of user growth, and its application range is also relatively wide. If a case activity covers the main processes of obtaining, activating, transforming, importing and innovating from customers, or we want to analyze the life cycle of a product and how it grows, then we can share it with this model.

2. Lift model

Lift model is an application model, which helps us to optimize the conversion rate by solving the problems that users may encounter in products, eliminating users' psychological concerns, improving users' behavior driving force. In other words, the final result of lift mode is to improve the conversion rate of products.

3. Addiction model

The addiction model comes from the book Addiction: Four Product Logics for Cultivating Users' Usage Habits. It is a set of standardized model methods to cultivate users' usage habits, which consists of four stages, namely: trigger, action, changeable reward and investment.

4. Growth flywheel model

Simply put, it is to combine several modules of your business model to form a self-driven growth closed loop. But the flywheel model provides a fixed framework, and enterprises need to fill in the key indicators themselves. The key point is that at first, the enterprise itself will continue to push the big ship composed of these modules round after round, but in the end, it will definitely make a breakthrough and start to turn by itself, forming an increasingly strong cycle.
