1. Pets consigned by railway must have an animal quarantine certificate issued by an animal and plant quarantine unit recognized by the railway department, mainly providing an animal quarantine certificate issued by a health and quarantine department at or above the county level, and then handling the pet consignment formalities with the consent of the railway department.
Pets should be packed in iron containers carried by passengers themselves. Cages should be made of steel bars, and there should be a tray for feces under the chassis, or tied under the chassis with sacks or cotton pads. In order not to leak urine and pollute other articles, there should be crawling hands (which can be made of lead wire) on both sides of the cage for extraction, and the opening of the cage should be tied tightly with lead wire.
3. Two hours before the train starts, take the pet to the baggage and parcel check-in place of the train station to be weighed. The cost of carrying a pet in checked baggage depends on its weight and the distance of the train.
