Personnel who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of licensed pharmacists shall apply for registration with the local registration management institution through the national licensed pharmacist registration management information system. After registration, you can engage in corresponding practice activities. Those who are not registered shall not practice as licensed pharmacists.
Requirements related to licensed pharmacist examination:
1. When receiving the certificate, take out your ID card for inspection in advance; The names on the license slip are arranged in pinyin order according to the initials of the surname.
2. The certificate must be obtained by the certificate holder with the original ID card. If you need to collect it on behalf of the holder, the holder must bring his ID card and the original ID card to collect it. Others, such as letters of introduction and power of attorney, are not available.
