Basic conditions for Nanjing to apply for rental subsidies
1. Full-time graduates who have graduated from ordinary colleges and higher vocational colleges and obtained a bachelor's degree or above, or have a college degree with a higher vocational qualification certificate. Postgraduates can be extended to part-time jobs and need to be insured for the first time (that is, part-time graduates have never had employment experience before or during the period).
2. Within two years after graduation, you will be employed or start your own business in various enterprises (including enterprises in Nanjing and provincial enterprises) or state organs, institutions, private non-enterprise units, social organizations and other employers, sign labor contracts with a term of 1 year or above, participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees in Nanjing (except flexible employees) according to law or participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees in Jiangsu Social Insurance Fund Management Center, and participate in unemployment insurance in Nanjing.
3. There is no self-owned house (or the only house shared with parents) and renting a house to live in Ning. Houses that are not delivered according to the contract are also recognized as family houses.
