Singapore Sands Art Design Competition is sponsored by Singapore National Arts Council, Ministry of Culture and National Arts Foundation. Awards are divided into national and international competitions and national government-level regular competitions. The competition was initiated by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth of Singapore (MCCY), sponsored by the Singapore Cultural Matching Fund (CMF) and sponsored by the Singapore Sands Art and Science Museum.
