Is there a bus to Longyan or Changting in Nanping, Fujian?

There are four flights from Nanping to Longyan, which are 09: 15, 10: 30, 12: 35 and 16: 30 respectively. There is no direct bus from Nanping to Changting, but there is one passing by, stopping at Changting, 10:00.
