If I graduate from high school according to the current standards of track and field athletes, I am definitely a poor player whose director doesn't want to snare me at all.

After I entered Zhongjing University, I didn't train seriously. I spent all my time playing small steel balls and dating my girlfriend. In the third year of college, I felt that I couldn't indulge myself any more, so I started training, but my long-neglected physical fitness could not be restored. I tried my best to win the third place in the 5000-meter event of Japanese junior college league.

Even so, I was lucky enough to be the first member of the newly established track and field team of China Electric Power Company in 1989. However, I am still an amateur on the team as I was in college. In my first year in the company, I sprained my right foot, and later I didn't get proper treatment, so I couldn't run in an excellent state. In my fifth year in the company, my track and field career has no prospect, so I have to end my player status. I asked for it. I can't blame anyone.

After I was released as a contestant, I was assigned to a division of China Electric Power. Because it was transferred from the Hiroshima branch, it was tantamount to being decentralized. The job is to calculate the electricity bill, check the electricity meter and collect money from customers. In the sixth year of the company, at the age of 27, I learned to be an employee of a power company from scratch. I'm not used to work and business. Compared with my rookie colleague 18 years old who just graduated from the high school next door, I'm naturally full of mistakes. When I entered the company as a member of the first track and field team, it may seem bleak now.

Since I transferred to the business department there for three years, my evaluation in the company has not improved. This personnel transfer is to a service center attached to the business unit. I finally fell to the bottom of the organization.

Life is so wonderful, after falling to the bottom, I actually saw a chance to live. When it was distributed to the service center, my immediate supervisor said to me:

"Do you want to try to sell summer contracts for profitable businesses to stores, schools or factories based on the proposed business? 」

Since then, negotiating proposal-based business has become my turning point. I have no contacts or references. At first, I went door to door to sell. Because I am not skilled in explaining the contract to customers in detail, I will inevitably be in a hurry, but the work of selling new products gives me a sense of accomplishment. Gradually, the number of contracts negotiated increased from three, four and five. Unconsciously, my performance, including the business department of the upper organization of the service center, is already one of the best.

As I became more and more comfortable with my business work, I signed up for the internal recruitment of the person in charge of new product business. The new product is the "ecological ice" system, which uses cheap electricity to make ice in summer at night, makes warm water in winter and provides air conditioning during the day. After the interview passed, I distributed it to institutions in Deshan City (now Zhou Nan City), Yamaguchi Prefecture. In the second year, he achieved great success and was praised at the performance report meeting held by the sales department of the head office. I couldn't contribute to the company with track and field before, and finally I was affirmed by the head office. Soon after, I was ordered to set up a new company, HOUSE PLUS China Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd. Two years later, the new business of HOUSE PLUS was on the right track and became the highest turnover company in China. It was founded by only five people at that time, and now it has grown to 100 employees.

In the past, I didn't have a chance to be the head coach of Qing Xue track and field team. At this time, a great opportunity came. I have retired for ten years. Although I admit that I don't want to stay in track and field any more, every time I hear the news of Qing Xue track and field team, my yearning grows stronger and stronger. "I really want to go to Qing Xue" and "I really want to be a head coach and play in Hakone-machi's back pass". And I didn't have teaching experience at that time. Where did I get this confidence?

I must have accumulated a lot of experience in sales, and learned how to form a team, where to start, and what it means to train talents in the process. So I thought, if I apply this experience to the sports scene, maybe I can succeed?
