The registration certificate of real estate agency is handled as follows:

1. Prepare relevant materials, affix the official seal of the enterprise on the registration form of the municipal real estate agency, and provide electronic forms;

2. A copy of the business license, the original and copy of the ID card of the legal representative of the enterprise, the proof of the business place, a copy of the ownership certificate of the house provided by the institution, and a copy of the lease contract and the lease certificate of the house provided by the lease;

3, institutions to hire full-time real estate agent certificate, real estate agent certificate, labor contract, real estate agent ID card and a copy of the original;

4. The applicant shall apply for filing with the above materials to the District Housing Security and Real Estate Administration, and the staff of the District Housing Security and Real Estate Administration shall review whether the application materials are complete and verify whether the original and photocopy of the materials are consistent;

5. After acceptance, the regional bureau organizes on-site investigation, mainly to check whether the publicity items are implemented and whether the business ledger is sound. The regional bureau will transfer the application materials to the municipal housing security and real estate management bureau for review. If the application meets the filing conditions, the municipal housing security and real estate management bureau will make a real estate broker registration certificate.

The competent department of real estate development shall, according to the assets, professional and technical personnel and development and operation performance of real estate development enterprises, verify the qualification grade of real estate development enterprises for the record. Real estate development enterprises shall undertake corresponding real estate development projects in accordance with the approved qualification grade. The specific measures shall be formulated by the administrative department of construction in the State Council.
